Dr. Noa Kwartaz-Avraham is a legal scholar of parliamentary law, legislative processes, separation of powers, and democratic theory. Her doctoral dissertation, written at Tel Aviv University, examined the mechanisms for executing the separation of powers principle in the Israeli Knesset. During her PhD studies, she was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley School of Law and served as secretary of the Israeli chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S). She completed her postdoctoral training at the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges at Reichman University, as well as at the Minerva Center for Human Rights and the Digital Humanities Center at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
